The Equipment Coordinator will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, compliance and accurate record keeping of all stevedoring lifting equipment in Wellington. The successful candidate will liaise daily with the Operational Management Team to ensure the appropriate equipment is allocated and delivered to each vessel then serviced and maintained as required.
The role may also require minor on-the-job repairs and organizing third party repairs. The successful candidate would ideally have engineering experience or come from a trade background.
Preferably candidates will have a Class 2 license, OSH Forklift Certificate and F Endorsement. However we can train as required.
This is a part-time role (20 hours per week).
