The work hours for this position are 0700-1600 Monday to Friday, with the requirement to work extra where required. Based out of a fully equipped workshop, this is an exciting and challenging role for an experienced Auto Electrician to carry out the following tasks:

  • Liaising with the Workshop Supervisor to carry out repairs
  • Carrying out repairs on machinery
  • Fault finding and repairing electrical systems in plant and
  • Keeping accurate work records and supplying legible, analytical
    descriptions of the breakdown of the job carried out
  • Recording all hours worked against individual machines and
    job numbers on timesheets.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:

  • New Zealand Certificate in Automotive Electrical Engineering, Level 4 (or overseas equivalent)
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a small team environment
  • Excellent attitude
  • Show initiative and professionalism
